You can even get back in touch with nature the moment you arrive, by feeding the Japanese carp in the koi pond surrounding the reception area. Or you can watch birds soar inside our aviary, found in the middle of Cocina Restaurant. You can also just spend some quiet time in the shade of tall, verdant trees right inside our lush garden.
Accommodations
The style of our Laiya beach resort is evocative of an easy-going summer break in the tropics, through a creative blend of modern and native aesthetics. It starts from the outside, with the buildings housing our Casa Montana, Casa Marina, and Casa Brisa rooms featuring thatched roofs, coconut-trunk columns, and large glass windows.
This continues inside, as the sharp, impersonal look of contemporary design is softened and made welcoming with the use of wooden furniture in each accommodation in our Laiya beach resort. Batangas also has a number of traditional nipa huts along its shoreline, hence the choice of bamboo accents to decorate our rooms and introduce a truly Filipino countryside feel.
Of course, the design only serves to complement all the guestroom amenities at our accommodation in Laiya. These include the following:

Welcome drinks and full-board meals are also included in our regular online room rates, unless otherwise indicated. Acuaverde also has a pet policy in place. A maximum of 2 pets, not weighing more than 50 lbs. can stay with our guests at selected room types. For this privilege, guests need to pay a fee of Php800 per pet for each day and notify the resort beforehand.
