Palm Beach (La Frondosa) is a family resort located in Bo. Hugom, San Juan, Batangas, running along the same coastline of the now popular LAIYA.

The Resort is designed to be a private retreat for those who prefer the tranquility and peace of a place with a well preserved natural setting as an alternative to other overdeveloped destinations. It is a combination of privately owned homes and resort facilities to serve the needs of its residents and guests. Visitors can enjoy beach activities amidst lush natural landscaping and charming tropical beach homes.

These could range from a wonderful snorkeling experience only a few meters from the shoreline or exploring the corals aboard a kayak or a boat. Parents can enjoy watching their children while building sand-castles and experiencing the rushing of waves on their feet for the first time. Perhaps, others may simply choose to serenely lounge on a deck chair and be mesmerized by the view and the sound of the lapping waves.

Here, the only traffic is the multitude of fish navigating their way around corals and the only rush hour is the early morning rush to get to the water. Casa Alexandra

Regular Season Rates: Weekdays - Php 13,500; Weekends - Php 15,000

Peak Season Rates: Weekdays - Php 15,000; Weekends - Php 16,500

Alexandra is a 3 bedroom house with its own living and family area where guests can mill around or play their favorite board games. It is ideal for families and other homogeneous groups. Built largely with wood from a 75 year old barge, it exudes warmth and is rustic in style. The upper floor offers a panoramic view of the ocean where the living and family area is located. It has 1 bedroom with a full bathroom, a kingsize bed and a daybed with extra mattress.

Its elevated middle level has 2 bedrooms. Each room has a 2 double beds and an ensuite bathroom. The rooms open to a large covered deck overlooking the water. Daybeds with pull-outs are provided on the decks for those who prefer to sleep in the open air. All bedrooms are airconditioned.

Other amenities: living room set, game table, fridge, water dispenser, DVD player and CableTV

Casa Isabel

Regular Season Rates: Weekdays - Php 20,000; Weekends - Php 22,500

Peak Season Rates: Weekdays - Php 22,500; Weekends - Php 25,000

Isabel is a 5 bedroom house with 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms each on the middle and upper floor. The middle and upper floor rooms are open to a large common family area and deck. Here guests can relax and enjoy each other’s company with games and other activities. It is a preppy modern Bali-styled house that sports a clean whitewashed façade and a chic spacious interior.

The middle and upper floors have separate access and may be rented independently. Both decks overlook the beachfront and offer a refreshing view of the ocean. All bedrooms are air conditioned, with 2 double beds, a daybed and an ensuite bathroom.

Casitas Deluxe

Regular Season Rates: Weekdays - Php 4,000; Weekends - Php 4,500

Peak Season Rates: Weekdays - Php 4,500; Weekends - Php 5,000

Deluxe are 8 cozy beachfront suites , each with a balcony overlooking the water. The lower units are wheelchair accessible. All the Casitas Deluxe have an ensuite bathroom that is compartmentalized allowing 3 persons simultaneous use. There are 6 Standard Deluxe and 2 Junior Deluxe suites.




The Standard Deluxe has 2 double beds and a daybed with pull-out. The Junior Deluxe has 1 double bed and a daybed with pull-out. Guests can enjoy the lush tropical landscaping and panoramic ocean view from their private balconies. All Rooms are airconditioned.

Casitas Premier

Regular Season Rates: Weekdays - Php 5,000; Weekends - Php 5,500

Peak Season Rates: Weekdays - Php 5,500; Weekends - Php 6,000

Casitas Premier are 4 spacious retreats , each with a splendid view of the sea. These have modern balinese features and large luxurious bathroom.






Each casita is airconditioned and furnished with 2 double beds, a living area with 2 daybeds and pull-outs. Guests can enjoy the tropical landscaping and tranquil ocean view from the wrap around deck on two sides.

Amenities: minifridge, DVD player and Cable TV, Game tables are available upon reque

Day-trip accommodation:
The Day-trip area is available for family as well as company outings from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Enjoy the day basking and relaxing in the sun or exploring the sea while swimming, kayaking or snorkeling. Private Nipa Huts available for rent. Day Rates include meals. Only packaged snacks are allowed. Bringing food and cooking is strictly prohibited.
